At House Of Pleasures, every jersey is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are personalized, we have a limited return policy.

Custom Orders:
Since all jerseys are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, names, or design choices provided by the customer. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged product or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom personalized jerseys

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
